Breitling at Basel

With Baselworld quickly coming to an end, we are anxiously awaiting all the new pieces that were introduced. For those who don’t know, Baselworld is a trade show of the international watch and jewelry industry. Here are 4 watches Breitling showcased at Baselworld, and may be available at Hyde Park and Traditional Jewelers this year.

The new model of the Navimeter aviation chronograph introduced this year is 46 mm, an increase from 43 mm. It is powered by Breitling’s caliber 01 self-winding movement and has a more than 70-hour power reserve, 1/4th of a second chronograph and 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers. Available In stainless steel on a leather strap, as pictured here, or on a bracelet.

The 48 mm Navitimer GMT allows users to set the travel time by pulling out the crown and turning it while the home time remains displayed in 24-hour mode. The GMT has Breitling’s caliber B04 movement, with a 70-hour power reserve plus a 1/4th of a second chronograph and 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers. Available on a strap in stainless steel, as pictured here, or on a bracelet.

The special Chronomat Airborne watch comes in two sizes, 41 and 44 mm, and is available with a black or silver dial. Powered by Breitling caliber 01 movement, the watch is available on the brand’s new military strap, as pictured here, or on a bracelet.

The 49 mm Bentley GMT Light Body has a titanium case and is powered by the brand’s own B04 movement. Made in a limited edition of 1,000, it comes with a black or tungsten-colored dial on a rubber strap.
