Men’s Night Out Benefiting Denver Health
On Wednesday night (Dec. 8), Hyde Park encouraged guests to shop for a cause when hosting the Men’s Night Out event in the newly remodeled flagship store in Cherry Creek Shopping Center (Denver). In partnership with Denver Health Foundation, the goal of the event was to raise awareness of men’s health initiatives, including education, prevention, and treatment programs.
This year’s theme for the event was based on the hit tv show Mad Men. Models and volunteers donned their best ’60s attire for the night, while men socialized and networked among over 250 of Denver’s top businessmen, community leaders, and professional athletes.
One of the big draws for the event was the lineup of gourmet fare from some of Denver’s top restaurants, including TAG, Elway’s Cherry Creek, Kona Grill and Rum Cakes by Kelli. Representatives from Patron (tequila) and Glen Grant (scotch) were also in attendance to offer a top-shelf tasting selection for guests.
Guests who donated $100 to Denver Health Foundation received a $100 Hyde Park gift card, with 5% of the night’s proceeds also benefiting the cause. Another added feature at this year’s event was the popular ‘Spin to Win’ wheel, where guests could pay $50 to spin the wheel for various levels of prizes, including watches, jewelry, entry into Hyde Park’s annual charity golf tournament (Diamonds in the Rough) and a variety of restaurant gift cards.
